The CNC MAX is the first of its kind to have true ball screw accuracy in all THREE Axes for a table top cnc mill that you can ran full time forty hours a week.  It is a work horse of a table top mill to produce your applications for the market.

The MAX CNC Mill is durable and precise with a cast-iron body, sliding dovetail ways, and tapered gibs on the square column for accuracy, repeatability, and alignment. Add rigid tapping control – no need for tapping heads attachments – to tap your series of holes after just running a multiple hole peck drilling operation.

  • The MAX CNC mill is designed to work with Windows 10 64 bit operating systems through your standard USB port.
  • Powerful X, Y, and Z-axis micro-stepper motors are size 34 with 1200 oz-in. of torque. Stronger torque coupled with micro-stepping motion allows the CNC Max mill to perform accurately without losing steps.
  • The minimum possible motion for the MAX CNC mill is 0.0002″ with a minimum speed of 0.5″ per minute. The maximum speed is 100″ per minute on your Rapid Settings with ramp down effect to keep the machine from jerking.

I would like to thank CNC Masters and their dedicated service in helping me with the CNC Max milling machine, very helpful in explaining the machine and also helping me with the generic G- code that is in the Wizards provided with the controlling software. Although I do not have a CNC Machining background he has been very helpful. Now about the CNC Max this is a very good machine for the type of work I do. I am mostly using the mill as a computerized drill which has saved me hours and hours of Labor especially when I used to drill the material by hand in a common drill press. When there have been problems with the mill I will call it in and the issue is generally resolved. With the latest software update I have been able to expand my operations. I did add 4 heat sinks to the “Z” drive motor to reduce heat because it is traveling up and down (drill pecking G38) for 60 minute cycles. I do highly recommend this machine over smaller units, that way it is more expandable depending on the processes that you use. Thank you. Paul from Houston,Texas

Hi CNC Masters,
It’s Ben here from All Book Bindery in Sydney, Australia. We took delivery of our CNC Max mill last week and set it up a few days ago. I have now spent three days with the machine and I’ve been consistently blown away by the build quality, ease of setup and use, and the mill’s ability to consistently turn out quality work. I am very a happy customer!
Considering I had not used machining equipment since I was a teenager and have never used any CNC equipment previously, I was expecting a relatively steep learning curve. To my surprise I have been very impressed by the ability to have my designs exported from 3D Studio Max, via Visual Mill and having the mill reproduce them, and I was doing this the same day I set up the machine!
I’ll also add that the images on the website do not do the machine justice, it is much more solidly built than I expected. I am a big fan of the remote too, the fine control it allows is excellent for helping with aligning stock when setting up a job.
I cannot say how happy I am with the purchase and will definitely be looking your way when it comes time to purchase a CNC Lathe! Thanks again!!
